By using FlitPic SaaS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

2. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of FlitPic SaaS and its licensors.

3. Fair Use

You agree not to misuse the FlitPic API or processing servers. We reserve the right to rate-limit or terminate accounts that abuse the system.

4. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
